NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Bucs OC Todd Monken is expected to draw head-coaching interest this offseason.
Monken is one of the hottest coordinators after leading the Bucs to a top-three offense. He took over playcalling from Dirk Koetter this year, coaxing career games out of Ryan Fitzpatrick and helping develop a loaded receiver depth chart. Monken has college head coaching experience with Southern Miss, where he coached from 2013-2015. We'd be surprised if Monken didn't land a few interviews this offseason.
