Personally, I think it's very important for Winston's development to have some familiarity following him to Tampa. Much like the Colts drafting Colby Fleener after drafting Luck. I really hope that we can get Greene or O'Leary.Rashad Greene may possibly slide to our pick in round three. He shouldn't, but teams tend to pass on guys with questionable size. Greene is the all time leading receiver at FSU. More productive then Kelvin Benjamin was, and a key factor in Winston's success. Seeing as how we don't have a true #3 slot wideout, Greene would be a nice third round pick. I like his toughness and willingness to catch balls over the middle, and he runs routes very well, often creating separation despite good coverage and perhaps sub-par speed on his part. Make no mistake he would be our fastest WR, and a deep threat against less than stellar defenders. I'd be really happy to pick him up with pick #65.Nick O'Leary is the best TE available in the draft. Much more balanced than Maxx and Devin Funchess. O'Leary can block very well, but he also is clutch in picking up key first downs. O'Leary doesn't get as much credit as he deserves imo. He reminds me a lot of that Cooley guy Washington had in the early 2000s. He has great hands, like Greene, and runs good routes with a knack for finding soft spots in zone coverages. To get O'Leary we would have to give up a 2nd rounder. We could probably trade back a bit in that round and add an additional late rounder if we take O'Leary, but taking ASJ last year makes a 2nd round TE a tough call. Plus, I see ASJ being a very big part of our offense next year. I love O'Leary, but I wouldn't take him until the 3rd.Ultimately I prefer Greene in the third. I think 1. WINSTON 2. ERVING 3. GREENE would be a great top three for us to get this offense producing at a high level again.
