Realistic expectations for Your Bucs

Ôk let's forget about the W-L record. That's not the debate I'm going for. What I'm interested in is what you expect to see from this team this year. Which areas of the game do you expect to see this team improve on?I don't think there is any doubt that this team is not quite ready to contend for championships yet(unless you are an avid JBF poster). But I would hope that all of you would believe the team has a chance to piece together a legit contender at some point. What improvement do you need to see to fully believe this franchise knows how to build a winning team?
