I know some people will say we shouldn't give up draft picks because this draft is so deep and we only have 5 picks, but I would take a young proven NFL player over a rookie any day of the week.Draft.Rd. 1 Trade - With Mike Evans on the board and the 3 teams behind us all having a need at the position, Ozzie Newsome does the unthinkable and trades up in a draft. He knows he has to get his 100 million dollar QB some help so he can justify signing Flacco to that contract, and will go out and get him a big time receiver in Evans. Bucs receive Ravens 1st, 2nd, and next years 1st.# 17 Kony Ealy- Comes in his rookie year as a situational rusher, than as Allen wears down their roles begin to switch. # 38 ASJ - Good compliment to Wright at the TE and gives us another weapon# 48 Brandon Thomas - O-line will be a priority for the Bucs this offseason in FA and the draftDon't know much about later in the draft to do more picks, since we wont pick again until the 5th round, but having 3 picks in the top 50 isn't to bad either. I have us going into the season with Glennon as our starting QB. I am honestly not that impressed with this years QB group, and would much rather wait until next year if we do indeed go after one. This will give Glennon a year to prove himself, and if he fails we will be better equipped to trade up for a QB having 2 first rounders.
