I wish he was a better playcaller, because he does understand talent and work ethic.But hell no. We can do so much better for our team and town! To say he is worth keeping is either acceptance of failure, or ignorance of the obvious.

Idk what to think about dom anymore.Tough to gage a guy who is pretty much a yes man for the glazers and coach.I've met the guy a few times, and I can tell you, he loves tampa, is a genuine good guy, and takes his job very seriously.However, if he's responsible for schiano.. Of course, as I understand, he was asking for sherman. So then it gets a little confusing.

4-12 isn't reflective of this team IMO0-5 was because of Freeman0-8 was because of starting a rookie qb overlapping with the injury bug starting to bite4-2 since, the team has started to fight and show some identity, even despite not having Nicks, Mike Will, Doug MartinI think if we draft a badmother TE and some OLine, we'll be setI think this team likes playing for schiano /shrug. I don't see any reason to blow it up. you have to look at the season within the context of the events, not just at the record at the end of the season

No, it's time to Fire Schiano (I've been supporting him all along for the last (almost) 2 years, but it's time, period. We need to draft a Quarterback with a caliber pedigree and that will be a franchise quarterback, and Mr. Schiano must go. We need a coach that can perform at the NFL level. Mediocre play cannot be accepted anymore. Glazers, please either step up to the plate or hire good football people that can take control of the team and restore our team to a Championship form, or sell the team to someone who cares!

Actually Hayseed, I will answer this from my fan perspective. We were basically told we were starting from scratch five years ago. A five year rebuild, right? Five long years to get your shhht together as a franchise. We're 4-10 in year five of this rebuild. I'm sorry if I have had my limit on this trash. I was very patient in the beginning. I really was. All that is gone now. This is bordering on insane. We're not getting better. No playoffs for SIX straight seasons. Second worse streak in the NFL.So when is it okay to finally be fed up with the direction of my Bucs? You think I'm being unreasonable to EXPECT ONE playoff appearance every five years? Six?I wear my emotions on my sleeve...that is sometimes good and sometimes bad. I'm sick and tired of the excuses and the poor coaching hires. Am I acting unreasonable?
