In a recent Move The Sticks Podcast NFL Network's Daniel Jeremiah said that when he was a scout each scout would have an opportunity to go to the draft board and mark one name with a red mark and one name with a black mark.  The red marks were for players that the scout would pound the table for and they would present to the rest of the room the reason that they gave the player the red mark.  The red mark players were not necessarily all first round picks or top players.  Some were guys who would just fill a role on the team like a great returner projected as a mid round pick or a small school guy with potential. The black marks would be for players that the scout did not want to pick based on their evaluation.  The black mark players usually had something that the scout felt they would not fit in well or would be poor character, etc.  Jeremiah explained that sometimes the black mark would have a lot to do with the players draft position and that the scout's opinion may change if the player fell significantly.  An example of this would be Vontaze Burfict.  He may have received a black mark as a mid round pick but if available in the 7th round may have been someone that the scout would bang the table for.  As we all know Burfict went undrafted.  I would like the Board to present some red and black mark players for this year's draft as an alternative to mock drafts. My picks for the 2015 NFL draft.RED MARKS:  1st Round - Jameis Winston - The obvious first overall selection.  He has the tools to be a great NFL quarterback and to bring the Bucs back to being relevant in the NFL.2nd - 3rd Round -A.J. Cann - A solid OG prospect that would likely win a starting job immediately and be a solid player for a long time.  While Cann may not be the highest rated player on the Bucs board in the second round he would likely be a low risk pick.  If the team decides to trade down in the second he may be the pick.4th-5th round - Jameson Crowder - The shifty slot WR / Returner from DUKE is a high character role player who has been described as quicker than fast with great hands.  He is a high character player who could fill several holes on the Bucs.  Very productive.5th-7th Round - Nick O'Leary -  NFL.com recently put out a 7 round mock draft by Lance Zierlein.  After scanning the players chosen I noticed one missing.  FSU TE Nick Oleary. I was shocked because Zierlein has him proected as a 4th rounder. I have heard a number of draft gurus say that the Bucs would be wise to draft FSU WR Rashad Greene because of familiarity with Winston.  They may have a point but I would like to see Oleary as a late round pick instead.  He does everything well and is a sure handed pass catching TE.  He may not test well but I believe he will find a role in the NFL and have a solid career.  If he is chosen that would give the Bucs back to back John MacKey award winners which is the award given to the nations top TE.BLACK MARKS: 1st-2nd Round - TJ Clemmings - Clemmings scares the heck out of me.  This guy got his butt kicked at the senior bowl.  He is rated high on almost every draft board on the interwebs as a left tackle prospect but he played right tackle in college.  I hate the word potential when it comes to lineman.  If he was good he would have dominated but instead he was just okay...  Boom or bust.1st - 2nd Round - Arik Armstead - This guy is massive but when the scouts question a players toughness it is a major red flag.  I do not believe he will be available for the Bucs in the second but if he is I hope he does not get picked.3rd - 4th Round Danille Hunter - The physically gifted DE from LSU put up some good numbers at the combine and looks like a prototypical pass rusher.  However, he had a total of 4.5 sacks in 38 career games.  If he was a good player he would have dominated in college but he did not. I just do not see how a guy can put up 1.5 sacks in his final season in college and be labeled a pass rusher by scouts.  No more projects. 2nd - 3rd Round - Stephone Anthony -  Anthony is another guy that put up awesome numbers at the combine.  He looks the part of a Buc MLB no question.  Forget looking up his highlight videos.  Try looking up Todd Gurley vs Clemson last year.  That one tape shows that Anthony does not have the game speed to play against top RB talent in the NFL.  He is way out of position and Gurley blows them out with big run after big run.  To cite Daniel Jeremiah one more time he said on his LB scouting POD that the number one most important trait for LBs is instincts and Anthony is lacking significantly in this area.  I hope everyone enjoys this post and adds to it and we can go back in a year or two and see who was right.GO BUCS
