BUCS SECOND-ROUNDER: ‘CAN’T WAIT TO GET ROLLING AGAIN’Vernon Hargreaves III (5) is a better pure cover corner than Jalen Ramsey.  Trading down a couple spots and still getting their guy is so sweet.  VH3 is feisty with fluid hips and great ball skills.  He’s a lockdown corner whose only question mark is size against bigger receivers.  There may be a handful of instances where that hurts him, but I see a star in the making.  His long speed isn’t elite, but it’s good enough to stay with No. 1 receivers.  When the ball is thrown in his direction, he gets to the correct spot every time, including high passes with his vertical. Noah Spence (3) doesn’t have the quickness, twitch, or bend you really want from a 250-pound pass rusher, but the kid always seems to find a way to party by the QB.  He has enough motor, natural athleticism, and functional strength to develop into a starter down the line.  While his testing numbers were uninspiring to say the least, he flashes on tape and runs the arc when he wants to.  He also has an imaginary purple cat named Molly. One of the things I noticed when compiling the pick value data was that some of the best values in the later rounds came from kickers and punters.  Roberto Aguayo (3) will be a solid kicker, but my only real reasoning for this prediction is that a team took him in the second round.  If you’re taking a kicker who missed FIVE kicks this year in the second round, there has to be a good reason.  So I’m just going to blindly trust whoever scouts kickers for the Bucs.  Finally, a lot of people like Ryan Smith but I couldn’t find any tape so I’ll refrain from comment about the rest of their draft.  This is a team on the uptick for sure. http://www.draft32.com/#!2016-nfl-draft-review/suclj
