It needs to be said and a formal complaint needs to be made to the Commissioner. Every play, every down, they refs were looking to give the LIONS an advantage. Everytime the ball was spotted we recieved an unfavorable spot and the Kitties a Favorable spot. IF it wasnt for replay and obvious blown calls, we would not have recieved a single call from them. They even spent time....adressing the TIME clock before the half, to give US AS LITTLE TIME AS POSSIBLE. Flags to LVD, JTS, EVEN THE ME!!!3 2 point conversion was BS. Had the ROLES BEEN REVERSED and IT HAD BEEN THE LIONS ON THAT 2 Point conversion, that would have been called PI, half distance to the goal, replay 2 point conversion. Beyond disgusted. Even with the shyt game called by PBHC and all the bad bounces (The right Field Goal Post even hated us and Bounced us) we shoulda won that fuggin game. But the refs...how do you fight that, if they decide against you, how can we get that game back now....its impossible. Fuk them refs. RAGE!!!!

i had an eagles fan tell me the other day after the Packers lost " The league would have imploded if the Bucs would be hosting the NFC Championship game". I laughed, but absolutely correct in his assessment. The only story line the Bucs had was Baker's resurgence. The stacked 49ers, the annual Chiefs, and MVP Lamar Ravens. Trust me, the Lions dont belong in that group either but they at least have that 3 decade drought story line.
we can't complain though. We got the benefit of those Brady calls over the years.
think back to Packers NFC Champ game where they were letting them play the whole day and Tyler Johnson dove for an uncatchable ball, pass interference, essentially sealing our ticket to the Superbowl.
or what about last year where Brady was sacked fairly by Atlanta and we were given an egregious roughing the passer call to help us seal the game. If you remember, our defense was playing very Lion 4th quarter-esq at the time.

We got hosed on calls... it was one sided.
But we lost because we had 2 turnovers, Bowles didn't adjust, Bowles didn't call a time out, more drops, and more blown assignments.
