Remember when the sky was falling in 2002?

The opener in 02 saw our Bucs in Raymond James taking on their division opponents, the New Orleans Saints. I remember it like it was yesterday, even though I was in the fifth grade at the time. We looked like crap. And we lost that game in overtime on a botched punt attempt in which Tom Tupa failed to handle the snap and the result was either a safety or interception (can't clearly recall that part). Our defense looked bad against a poor Saints offense run by Aaron Brooks. Our new offense, under new head coach Jon Gruden couldn't do much of anything and it seemed as though we were destined for a losing season. Anyone remember how that season ended?...
