The Buccaneers have already hired their new head coach in Lovie Smith, and reportedly have found their offensive and defensive coordinators. If that's who Lovie wants then get it down ...a GM and Coach who are on the same page is huge.

He's being touted as a really good talent evaluator by lots around the league and media. Hopefully they'll get it done as soon as possible.
