I know many people have expressed some reservations about our new QB’s level of play, arm strength, and so forth, but IMHO today the win was largely because of Brady’s surgical precision, and more importantly his ability to put aside his horrific decision on the pick-six. You have to respect not only the talent, but the mentoring and attitude adjustment he surely has brought to our team. Even the Chargers showed respect for him - as the telecast was winding down and they were showing Brady greeting the opponents, I could clearly read the lips of the Chargers’ #15 as he said “It’s an honor.” When do you think was the last time a Tampa Bay quarterback garnered that level of respect? I’ll wait...
