Ian Rapoport ?@RapSheet 1m#Bucs are receiving interest in a Revis trade from teams with cap space. One team to watch: #Browns. Same system as Revis had with #JetsGive us that 1st Browns and you can have him!

It would probably have to the Bucs 1st+Revis for the Browns 1st and a later pick.

They have two this draft.    LOVE to get to #4...  :)

I would be good with that.  Flop Number 1s and give us their 4th rounder to replace the one we lost out.  That at least blunts the impact of what we traded away last year.

Revis for Mack and swap 1sts.

That's terrible. I want the Colts #1, #3 and #4.

-They have $45M of cap room-Their 2014 draft picks: #1, #1, #2, #3, #3, #4, #4, #5, #6, #7- Mike Pettine was the Jets defensive coordinator 2009-2012

If Cleveland gives us their #1 and a 3/4, I'll be happy with that.7.26.2.3.3.Can possibly move up to get a QB AND fill in other needs.

Add the no match guarantee with Mack and lets move on and spend that 16 million.

Why would they give up any picks?

Because the chances of Cleveland getting Revis to go there in an open market are zero.

Not to mention we get our own 3rd back.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport mentions the Browns as a "team to watch" in a trade for Darrelle Revis.Initial reports were that the Bucs were asking for two first-round picks in exchange for Revis, but that's laughable. The Tampa Bay local media believes the Bucs would simply take a mid- to late-round pick for Revis. The Browns hold two third-rounders and two fourth-rounders in May's draft and are flush with cap space. They could easily take on Revis' $16 million. Pairing Revis with Joe Haden in Mike Pettine's press man-cover scheme would be nasty.

Browns already have the makings of a great D.  Adding Revis would be awesome for them.

A 3 rd or a 4th will be the best we could hope for.  I don't even think they need to give up that.

Cleveland is a good example of a team that HAS to trade for Revis. No way is he picking Cleveland on the open market.
