Rick Stroud ?@NFLSTROUD 2mTeams contact Bucs about trading for Revis. Will high cap number put him on the move?
I hope he isn't traded. If he is you better get loaded with picks. Dude should be 100% healthy this coming season.
Really unpopular decision. Highly doubt it.
If Revis is on the Bucs roster the third day of the new league year – or March 13 – the conditional pick becomes a third rounder.Licht was asked last week at the NFL combine if he had approached Revis or his representatives about restructuring his contract to gain some salary cap relief?“I know Lovie has reached out a few times but I’m not sure if we’ve connected,’’ Licht said. “Just like anybody’s contract, it’s an opportunity. But we really are still evaluating everything and part of that position is, what’s out there in the draft? What’s out there in free agency? What options do we have?“I’m not saying we’re doing one thing or another. So it’s nothing that we’ve approached yet.’’
Let's cut Revis and draft Aaron Donald. Then we can put Aaron Donald at CB....that kid can do it all.
No... not if we have a chance to sign Talib.
Who the hell would want to sign Talib?
wasn't serious bro
My bad.. That name causes me rage.
Don't blame you. Before signing with the Pats my nephew saw him at a Sweet Bay high and drunk.Dude is a disgrace he had so many opportunities to play his entire career in Tampa.
Anyone who wants Revis better be willing to part with 2 - 1sts....otherwise hit the road.
Stroud and laconfora are the two most crappiest reporters when it comes to this team (Stroud) and a national level (laconfora) yea this isn't happening. Nothing to seehere
the draft is LOADED if we can get a 1st and 3rd for him..WOW, DO IT!!
I won't read too much into it. If anything we may restructure his deal to get some more cap space. That idea has been tossed around.

To me its more about the draft picks, we are fine with cap space...but this team needs depth and draft picks BAD

Between free agency and the possibility of trading down, we can easily make that possible.
I don't have anything to add to the conversation. Just going on record that I prefer having Revis than extra draft picks.
Realistically Revis could equal two draft picks, Jared Allen, FA back/insurance QB, and vet CB like Tillman. and then the money(19mil?) we currently have can be used to bring in quality depth and rolled over to extend McCoy. I mean that doesnt sound bad at all to me.
I guarantee that the next time Licht or Coach Smith are by a mic, this bullisht report that they would possibly part with him will be shot THE FAK down.
Offseason.Revis has value. New coaching staff. Easy assumption. Lazy reporting.Fuck lacanfora
