We are definitely going to play predominantly cover two. I am sure that they will mix up the coverage between man and zone but if we have the right personnel the basic cover two zone is a great scheme.The St . Louis Rams ran a bunch of Tampa 2 this past year and had a very good defense. They were unbreakable in a few games including against Brees running straight up Tampa 2. Wish we had their pass rush. We probably can't even run the scheme until we get a pass rush. It won't work.
I think it's pretty laughable how ppl are predicting what defense we will and will not run. Lovie has never had a guy like Revis on his team so who knows what ideas he will have for this defense. Whats more laughable though are the idiots that say we should trade Revis! When he starts balling next season be ready to eat that crow!

What are you talking about. He was in zone early on because he was just started to get his legs under him. HE EVEN SAID HIMSELF that he couldnt go man press in those first games. Towards the end of the year, he was mostly in man coverage and now we're going Tampa 2 so how the **CENSORED** is he going into the right scheme, you dumbass....
