The HC is a guy with a good overall W/L record and took Rex Grossman to a Superbowl (we have Mike Glennon). The alleged OC is a guy who produced a handful of 1st round QBs. Most of those QBs didn't play well once they left his system/playcalling/coaching (we have Mike Glennon). The alleged DC is the defensive line coach from the Sapp/Rice era.Sign me up.

I'm fine with Lovie, but to me bringing along Tedford instead of a proven Coordinator is a dealbreaker.
Tedford has been sought after since leaving Cal.USC wanted to bring him on to help their new first time OC, Wyoming wanted him as the HC

If Lovie Smith was available two years ago, we'd have been hearing the same rumors as now. And he probably would be our current head coach. Yes, the Glazers have always produced HC surprises, but this one just makes too much sense to ignore, surprise or not.

Yeah, some of those names/resumes aren't thrilling, like Ruskell and Angelo. I know virtually nothing about Tedford except he did well in college and his QB's held the ball high, making them look like dorks. But his system did get them drafted high. Kiffin? Do you mean Monte or Lane? Monte needs to retire. Lane is, um, not great for PR.

Could you imagine poor JDub? All our QBs would look like dorks? Poor guy could never root for us again....
Yes to Lovie as the HC. 100 times yes. He would make us instantly respectable in the eyes of the league and free agents. McKay I'm not sold on, but we could do worse. This is the first I've heard of Tedford, but if he got all those guys drafted in the 1st he must be doing something right. Adding in Marinelli would just be gravy. Think about letting Smith and Marinelli get their paws on David, McCoy, and Barron........ the last time they were here and had talent at UT, WLB, and SS things turned out pretty good.
Tedford QBs have terrible mechanics. Don't see how they view him as a QB guru with the way his guys come into the NFL. Rodgers had to be built from the ground up mechanics wise by Green Bay.
