This isn't rocket science and they should have had a list since mid-season when we were 0-8. If they didn't then they are worse than we thought.
On NFL Network, their "expert panel" suggested that when you remove the GM, then you already have a plan thats been set in motion.Hopefully that is the case.And hopefully its not a stupid plan.
Just imagine if Joel and Bryan get on their knees and we get Dungy as GM and Gruden back as HC....I'd buy season tickets on the spot.
