One name that I’ve not heard mentioned to replace Bowles if he is let go after the the season is Bisaccia. How would my fellow fans feel about that ? Let me make it clear, I’m not advocating for him, he’s just not a name that is regularly thrown around. I do feel like as a special teams coordinator primarily that he would keep his hands and influence off both of those respective units. In addition he also has worked with many coaches over the years that he could fill out as coaching staff a lot easier than an up and comer. Negative is he’s 63, how many years could he realistically stay? I’m curious what everyone thinks both positive and negative.
He stood around as Gruden wrote those emails!
no thank you
@badabingbucs did he? I hadn't heard anything about that....I know he took over as interim coach leading them to a 7-5 record after Gruden stepped down, and that he is currently employed by the Packers as associate head coach and special teams, but beyond that I'm pretty out of touch his career since he left TB. He was very well respected at one point in the coaching community, has that changed ?

In all fairness, Gruden set the bar low.
Arguably one of the most overrated head coaches in modern NFL history.
@donkey_hunter While I tend to agree with this regarding Gruden, Bisaccia is also the only interim coach to ever take his team to the playoffs, that's another reason I asked others opinions :)

Oh, no doubt.
I like the guy. Loved seeing that team rally around him.
