So far Jameis Winston has played like a NFL rookie...so has Kyle Brindza.  Quarterbacks are more easily forgiven than kickers and that's really not fair, but that's just how it is for kickers at any level in football. In going back and watching the game against the Panthers it was clear on all three of Winston's interceptions what took place...he simply stared down his receivers.  Now he also was going up against a red-hot defender in Norman who looks to be a stud for the Panthers for years to come.  I expect to see this out of Winston, but I can't help but wonder if this is doing more good or bad for the young quarterback?  Can he learn from these mistakes and correct them or will the pressure of trying too hard too soon backfire?  Time will tell.Brindza is just in a kickers rut and the only thing to really do is bring Conner Barth back...sorry Kyle.  In this league, especially with the new change to the extra point, we are going to see more of an importance put on kickers, but the reality is what have you done for me today and Mr. Brindza hasn't produced...good luck trying out for another team during the off season.I don't care for Lovie Smith...I didn't like the hire from the beginning.  However, we are in too deep with him to fire him at this point.  His staff, his players, his philosophy.  The only way we fire him is if he continues to show up on Sundays unprepared like he did against the Titans.  In many ways we played well yesterday but got in a hole early due to Winston's rookie mishaps.  Ownership and the coaching staff knew this would happen...or did a poor job scouting him out of college.  But I believe they are convinced they can correct this and need to stick with him as the starter.  Bringing in yet another coach and staff will only start this miserable process over again...and that I'm really tired of.
