He should be running the ball until the wheels fall off. This is back to back games he's left 100+ rushing yards on the field and replaced it with stupid Baker turnovers. White is the woest runner of the 3 and is getting the most carries? Stop with the interplay bullshit. Run power, run duo, run zone, run TAG. Run till they can stop it.

There's a ton of stuff White does waaaaaaaaaay better than Tucker.

Bucky is the best back.

He doesn't run the ball better.

I'd give Tucker the slight edge running the ball but everything else White is better.

"Yesterday, Bucs offensive coordinator Liam Coen discussed how when he arrived in Tampa, an assignment was given to him: Awaken White’s inner running back. Make White more decisive:

“That has been an emphasis since we got here,” Coen said. “We’ve had a lot of meetings and conversations and film sessions with Rachaad, showing him where we think he could take the next step.

“He’s been bought into that, he’s understood that can help him in his game and as well as, in the same term, help us and help us run the football more effectively."

Not suggesting [Irving and Tucker] are better, just that the style might not fit White, at least as we have seen him so far.

If White comes out and runs as effectively IN REAL GAMES as Irving has in limited pre-season games, the Bucs will have a great running game that really puts defenses on their heels.

Exciting to consider.

Coen goes onto mention adapting the blocking scheme away from the zone runs that were featured much of 2022 and specifically mentioned that the current scheme is better for White

More kudos to Coen and especially to White.

With Irving looking like he's out thanks again to the brilliant Bucs training staff that rushed him back, what's the over/under on Tucker's carries?

If he gets 15+ carries we'll win, anything less we'll probably lose. Chargers are 4th best in net yards per pass attempt allowed but 22nd in yards per carry allowed.

Why would he get 15 carries lol?

We're gonna need to open it up in the passing game which is where White excels so I'd expect 70/30 snap share.

So fucking annoyed with this training staff rushing players back. Zero foresight. It was the fucking Raiders.

It also cost my my FF bye week as I played Bucky over White.

Gotta be up 50-0 going into the 4th quarter, bro.

Have to love our simpleton HC.

Actually asking . . are they though?  I honestly do not know.

for example, is there another NFL team in this kind of "must win" playoff scenario that is CHOOSING to sit a star player who could play, looking down the road?  CMC played in the ICE BOWL II, right?  Fire Shanahan for that one?

Again, only wondering if sitting guys IN THIS SCENARIO is a real thing, especially where the coach is fighting for his job?  I mean, this is 10 wins and deep playoff run or its "failure," right?

Seems any HC in that position is playing any player who can play?

15 carries for a RB has only happened three times this season, twice with White and once with Irving.

If Irving is out, the better over/under for Tucker would probably be 8. White's over/under should be 15.

And against a stout defense it seems like the game script will have the ultimate say

Buck stops with the coach. He takes advice from the training staff and players then makes a decision.

If he's giving them full autonomy to make that decision *that's fine* but it doesn't pardon him from accountability.

Why would he get 15 carries? Because he's averging 7.2 ypc. If he got 15 carries last week the game is over at half time. Instead Baker was out there running into sacks and throwing picks.

If the Bucs try to "open it up in the passing game" vs a team that is 4th net passing D and 22nd in ypc against then we will surely lose.

Falcons tried that, 41 passes vs 34 RB rush attempts. Lost 13-17 instead of winning 16-9. If Coen wants to win he'll feed Tucker. If he wants to "open it up in the passing game" we're going to see a bunch of incompletions, sacks and turnovers and then need help to make the playoffs.

McCaffrey was not on the injury report prior to the game like Bucky Irving was. Unlike Irving, McCaffrey wasn't rushed back from injury. Unsurprisingly, this is yet another piss-poor defense of the Head Coach's decisions that have hurt the team. The team has two other RB's that were very capable of handling the duties vs. the Raiders. There was no reason to rush Irving back.

Flail away, loon.

Biggs, any time you end with stuff like "fire away loon" your basically CONCEDING two big points:

1) "your" trolling BECAUSE know your football takes aint gonna cut it Mr. STREET CLOTHES

2) you cant handle it when someone points out how bad your football takes are, Mr. MAYFIELD IS SENDING THE RB THE WRONG WAY.

in fact it bothers you so much --  funny when you consider how hard you try to troll people as "dumb" that youll actually LIE to troll for week after weeka fter week" . . . 13 weeks, actually:

have fun with that TORTURED distinction lol. CMC had freaking BI-LATERAL ACHILLES TENDINITIS  . . . thats an OVERWORK injuries. Even Shanahan said they had to "protect him from himself"

I look forward to his 108 yards, 3 TD performance
