Ryan Griffin

I have a question about this guy! He has been around since 2013. In my opinion that is enough time to be a preseason elite all pro football player by now.Too pull off the odd streak of never playing a NFL season snap - shouldn't he be really, really, really good at these preseason games by now?

I just don't understand why he is still around if he can't be a solid back up for the Bucs team. Example: Charlie Batch or at least Dark Anderson type of back up. Are there other NFL QB's that have the same situation like Griffin? If so then I am ok with him being around.
