Players that are up in miles and years looking for a final huge contract often look for an edge. When the edge is "speed" whether sits coke, adderral, or greenies, it's pretty much over once they get popped.

Take Michael Irvin as an example. Had an all world year on coke (his words) and then got popped, got clean and was never the same.

The Bucs better be wary of resigning a big deal with DM. This likely won't end well. His career is likely on the wrong slope now.
