This doesn't sound like a value signing. I think Licht is going to do things the right way. Overpaying for Graham is not the way to build a great franchise. Graham is a slightly better version of Wright. An UDFA for crying out loud. If you are going to do something extreme at TE draft Ebron in the 1st round. At least Ebron is a lot more than a slightly better version of Wright. He is a complete TE. And a great athlete. That would be extreme. I would not mind if he went after the best available DE in free agency.

Oh I agree that Graham - Brees is a heckuva lot better than Wright - Glennon. But Graham - Glennon is not going to be significantly better than Wright - Glennon. That is the dealio.
