"They stay at a hotel. You never played football did you?"Checkout time is 11:00 AM. You never stayed at a hotel did you?
Not for VIP's. They waive my late check-out fee if I leave late (before 4 pm). Checkout time is set by the hotel so not all are the same. I typically have a noon checkout time where I say. I don't see how any of this matters to this thread though. ;)
Some are arguing that they wouldn't feel comfortable showering in an NFL locker room with an openly gay teammate because it would make them uncomfortable. So the point was made that they could shower elsewhere, but some feel that is too big of an inconvenience. It's literally just a thread of meaningless first-world problems gone mad.
Thanks for the recap. I understand now. :)

Here's another solution, Sam goes home to shower. How do you feel about that?
Back to the Future for NFL locker rooms?
The hotel isn't going to hold a block of rooms so you can come back and shower at 4:30 or so. But good to know about your VIP status, I'll try to keep it in mind.

Do you really think someone making NFL money would care if they had to pay for a hotel room for 1 extra day to be able to use the shower if they wanted? Seriously you're fighting a losing battle and the war has already been lost on this front. I suppose you want to be dragged kicking and screaming? My favorite way to do stuff with kids. :)
Where was this type of post when people were talking about making straight men go home to shower? Hmm, interesting.

YEAH! And tell those blacks to get to the back of that bus or they can just walk if they don't like it. Don't want the white ladies and gentleman to be uncomfortable sitting next to those dirty ol' black folk ........
You're saying that all black people are gay? That doesn't make any sense.

Or perhaps we should round up all those bigots and "educate" them in a special camp?

That'll learn 'em
Don't like it? Go home and shower. Hard concept to grasp for people.
No matter which side of the fence a person is on that is the dumbest comment and somehow it keeps getting repeated.Ever hear of little things called away games?"Yeah, don't shower. Just sit unwashed on the team bus, then a plane and another bus while flying home to Tampa from Seattle."It's not as simple as jump in the car & wash at home.
They stay at a hotel. You never played football did you?
So when did you play in the NFL?You frequently hear that team go straight from the stadium to the plane to get home and help give them the longest week possible, I fact it's very rare NFL teams stop over in the city AFTER an away game.Maybe instead of trying to make smartarse comments you should try actually knowing what you are talking about.

Wow massive DERP alert...

I'm pretty sure they don't go back to the team hotel after the game, they head straight home. Not that it makes any difference, the idea is absurd and anyone who agrees with it is a dumbass.
Wanting to shower in private is absurd? You're a dumbass.
