In this day and it is considered harassment to do or say anything that makes LGBT and women uncomfortable in the workplace. Everybody does the annual training in the Corporate world these days. Your argument therefore is that it is NOT ok for heterosexual men to make gays and women uncomfortable in any shape or form, because that is harassment and bigotry, but IT IS OK for gays to make heterosexual men feel uncomfortable.In one respect I agree in that they should not be excluded from the game, but I do think that for some it could be a valid concern. One that may need to be addressed under the constraints of sexual harassment.

LOL , No I'm not you idiot . I'd love to draft Micheal Sam in round 4. Only reason I wouldn't want him sooner is because he's a OLB / DE tweener , not because he's gay. I simply don't want the guy anywhere near me in the shower . If a gay guy can't respect the personal boundries of his Hetero teammates , or understand why that might make a hetero man uncomfortable , then he is the one who needs to check himself.
