I know I promised not to comment on any more religious stuff in here, but it's always amused me that there is no passage in the Bible which has Jesus referring to homosexuality in any way. In fact, there are 7 different references that are used by zealots to demonize homosexuality. The main one is the Leviticus one.There are hundreds of references to loving each other, helping the poor and the disadvantaged, and treating everyone equally. The zealots like to ignore those. It's sad.

From what I've gathered, the knowledge that someone is gay is what makes them uncomfortable. If thry are around people, they just assume everyone is straight and then they don't feel self-conscious.
