Tackleed out of bounds clock continues to move?
I never understand when they stop the clock or keep it going..
Clock only stops in the last 5 minutes of the game (or last two minutes of first half). Also, if a player is forced backwards out of bounds, they give him forwards progress in bounds and keeps clock moving.
