Schiano’s ways created a “stressful environment” by Gil Arcia April 19, 2014413168Db-7Af4-4F83-959A-C6Dfe50D49C4_Zps1Df80B14.Png  The struggle of the 2013 Buccaneers is well documented. Poor offense, inconsistent secondary, and poor coaching decisions are just some examples of what led to Tampa Bay’s 4-12 record. But a poor performance by the team always points back to the head coach. And that is why former head coach Greg Schiano will no longer be on the sidelines.   From his infamous “toes on the line” to the handling of quarterback Josh Freeman, it was clear that Schiano may not have been cut out for the professional players of the National Football League. Linebacker Lavonte David joined Bruce Murray and Solomon Wilcots on SiriusXM NFL Radio Friday and stated that his old coach created a stressful environment.David1_Zps44F0Af17.Gif  For quite some time now, we have known of the proverbial elephant in the Bucs locker room being Schiano. Players have provided some cryptic clues and others have mentioned how there was always a disconnect among the coaches that centered around the former ball coach. All that equated to one thing, the players ultimately never bought into Schiano’s ways.Follow Gil on Twitter: @GilArciaTBC http://network.yardbarker.com/nfl/article_external/schianos_ways_created_a_stressful_environment/16305685?linksrc ="story_team_tampa_bay_buccaneers_auto_module_head_16305685"
