Where can we get a GM like Seattle’s Schneider?

What he has done for their pass rush st minimal cost is a thing of beauty.

Seattle is up there with the Pats got always making these kind of moves to seemingly get a lot for a little. Can it be replicated here in Tampa, or does the winning have to come first?

Either way, how the hell do we extend Licht, who hasn’t pulled off shit compared to these guys. Even O’Brien’s bungling ass in Houston has a winning record.

So sick of watching other teams make moves while we can’t even get the damn car in gear.
