After that Super Bowl rout Sunday night, one of the Seahawks’ most respected players, fullback Michael Robinson, thought he had it figured out.“Football is a game,” Robinson said in the bowels of MetLife Stadium. “A game. Pete has figured that out. He makes football fun. All aspects of it—practices, games. One of our goals is to play at a level other teams can’t match. That’s what you saw tonight. What do you see when you see a team, running around practicing to music all week? They’re loose. They’re full of energy. And that’s what we are. I know it works for us.”
Maybe they will loosen up with some #CMG ?
This out to be a good thread.
I'll be darned. Raheem was just ahead of his time
Basically, the OP is saying this:Rap wins Super Bowls.
Thug music?

This was my take away as well.

Pete has figured that out.
not possible, all people are static in the NFL . . . they never learn or change based on their experiences. I know that because I read it here on the Red Board in numerous threads about Lovie ;)
Pete Carroll is very intelligent and has developed a great philosophy on how to reach people and bring the best out of them. He would be a great leader in any field he targets...it so happens that he chose football.
They are obviously Yungry.
They are obviously Yungry.
It's only obvious if they're wearing a snapback Yungry...
You can get away with a loose, laid back environment when you have the talent and leadership in the right places. Bucs had none of that during Rah's reign. That said, not sure how well Seattle would handle adversity. Just my opinion. Also, they are ridiculous when it comes to penalties and they have been known to play down to their level of competition. Worked out well for them so far but I'm telling you, there are a few warning signs. It will be interesting to see how they handle things next season.
The trick is keeping the discipline to execute the plays, both on offense and defense, while also making tedious process FUN. And when the W's begin to happen, the fun level keeps goin' up... ;D
So winning is the key? Not Young Jeezy?
It's funny how this story comes out right after PR broke the story about Cave Man Gang....timing is interesting is all....
