I'm sure many of you can recall former Ohio State Safety Tyvis Powell going undrafted this past year and many Bucs fans wanting Jason Licht to sign him. Although he ended up choosing to go to Seattle, Tampa may get a second chance to bring him to Training Camp in 2017 since Seattle was "forced" to waive him.
