This just shows you poor of a head coach Dirk the jerk is. Doug Pederson just won a playoff game with Nick Foles. Dirk the jerk loses 11 games with a #1 overall pick playing QB. Dirk needed to be fired after the season was over. Get through 1 more year of 5-11 with this coaching staff and maybe the Bucs can finally build a winner by firing every last pathetic coach.
