Do we go with another college HC(Schiano)? Do we go with another up and coming assistant(Raheem, Dirk)?
The only time we’re ever gotten a successful head coach with NFL coaching experience, we lost draft picks that hurt us for the remaining decade. And, the guy inherited a talented roster. Btw, a move to get a HC like that has never been done since in professional sports.
Our biggest flaw has been getting out coached. We don’t make solid in game adjustments. We don’t develop players. We don’t foster a winning culture. These are experience things. What experienced HC do you see coming in and changing that? What NFL caliber head coach with proven success is just sitting out there waiting to go to a small market team?
I get the fire Koetter and Licht talk. But coaching changes clearly haven’t worked for us so far recently. I just don’t see anyone who will upgrade this teams record.
