Probably the last player I expected this from, color me shocked!

will this hurt his chances of making the team?

seemed like a near lock once jj Russell got placed on the IR

I wonder if he makes it if he would be a distraction based on his last name & family?

im a big will brooks guy but biased being a vols fan. Not the most athletic dude but very sound. Does everything right. On and off the field.

Not a smart thing to do when trying to make a team.

Why would he make the team?  PS to cool off if he is lucky.

Bucs have depth.  They are high on Morrison and Parrish kicking outside then can always put McCollum at safety.  The injury angle that PR team is pushing is a non issue right now.

When the season starts a lot of the players will be "ready" to go.  Just like how Wirfs and Godwin timetable all of sudden were moved up.

Smoke and mirrors.

Rough day for the Sanders family yesterday. Bowles looked pretty mad after the punch. You can't have your 5th string DB getting penalties like that, if it wasnt for the injuries in the secondary, id predict he'd be getting cut, with the injuries I put it at 50/50

It was a stupid reaction to a guy goading him, and I can't believe the other guy didn't get a penalty as well.   He was destined for the practice squad anyway.  The biggest problem for Sanders was that he couldn't play the rest of the game when he would have been able to show his abilities one last time.

There was a play early in the game where a Buc defender shot his body at a runner without using his hands and the runner sidestepped him and picked up a few more yards.  I'm wondering if that was Sanders, because that tackling issue was one of the knocks on Sanders coming in.  If he hasn't learned how to tackle that's a bigger problem than this penalty.

This will make cutting him easier.

Kid wasn't good anyways.

Bucs have two weeks as of today before the start of the season.  Honestly a lot can change till then.

Bro, they will not be ready to go when the season starts. Especially Godwin (a second major procedure on the ankle this spring...thanks Todd).

Thinking otherwise is hopium.

Will Sanders make the practice squad?  You have to have one of two things

1) You have super potential and the Bucs are hoping to coach you up so that you'll be ready at some point during the year, and/or

2) You have enough abilities and fundamentals that if the Bucs need you in a pinch due to injuries you'll be able to step in and perform adequately.

Does Shilo qualify in either respect?  He doesn't have super potential, nor does he have the fundamentals.  If you called Sanders up in Week 5 would you feel comfortable putting him in the lineup for even a couple plays?  Of course you don't expect miracles, but you need somebody who's not going to be a total disaster.

I don't think he gets a practice squad spot.  We'll see.

It seems both Sanders kids aren't destined to be in the league long.

They carry their dad's ego and they aren't professionals.

Wouldn't be shocked to see Shedeur cut as well. Gabriel surprisingly is outplaying him.

I love my Ducks but I did not have that on my bingo card.

Their entitled attitudes aren’t going very far.
