Short Term v Long Term

I realize this topic has been beaten to death but, I wanted to pronounce this part of it.

As a coaching staff, you are only thinking about the now, correct?? I mean, I am reading elsewhere how, "Winston has to start when he's back" or "you don't have your starting QB sit when you are paying him all of this money". I guess that is something that owners and coaches have to discuss but. If I am Koetter and co I am riding with Fitz until I can't anymore, regardless of Winston's availability. No precedence for what we are dealing with here and FItz's uncommon success. Just curious on the board's thoughts.
