They shouldn't blow up the defense.However, there is a TON of money invested in an offense that finished 32nd in the league last year.Penn, Jospeh, Nicks, Jackson, and Williams are all making a pretty penny. They need to make some changes on offense.
We don't need to rebuild. we just need a top 16 QB or we are never going to accomplish much.
I think "blowing it up" is the wrong term. For one thing, 10-15 players changing is fairly normal - I don't think it's a stretch to say that Lovie could have 20+ new players since there are likely to be guys who don't fit in with what he or Tedford want to do. Remember, though - a lot of the changes are going to be guys who were backups this year. The only area I could see a potential big overhaul of the starters is on the OL. I like Buc449's post above, but I'd point out that all our SAM linebackers are free agents.
Sam is a interesting position. I'm very curious to see what we do. I know most say it isn't important and not a big deal.....and I suppose that is true to a point, but with Watson, Casillas, and Hayward all free agents, I am very curious to see what Lovie does. Will he bring any/all of them back?
Licht appears to be much more of a "tough guy" than Dominik. I'd say he's got the brass to do it, which I doubt Dominik would... Totally agree the O'line is gonna get some serious scrutiny. With that said, I wonder if he's got sole authority over Lovie to do it?

id blow it up. i only really see 2 key pieces on our team, mccoy and david. now i wouldnt want to get rid of many other guys, but i wouldnt be upset either. if we were offered a good deal for revis? sure. a 2nd for doug? you bet. equal compensation for vjax? yep. anything for penn,nicks joseph zuttah? heck yea. barron goldson banks clayborn? thanks for everything and good luck.i like most of those guys as Bucs. but dont believe the team should be tied to them.

Most of this team has been coached by Raheem Morris and Greg Schiano. Think about that before we start cutting everyone. I think Lovie and crew could do wonders with the majority currently on the roster.
I am thinking about that. And it worries me to no end that they may have ruined a few players with their inexperience.
