Should the Bucs pursue Teddy Bridgewater?

He could be a nice rebuilding project behind Winston. Teddy, if recovered, would be a solid backup QB, and obviously due to his grisly injury, he wouldn’t command much money. I cannot think of a team that would be willing to anoint him a starter. Not a single one. But as a backup? He would be ideal.
