Should we be concerned about the lack of outside pass rush?

I think the sack numbers are misleading from what I watched today. JPP got a sack early but in the second half especially Teddy had a lot of time in the pocket to sit and make throws. I kept imagining if that was Rodgers or Mahomes sitting there with time.

The outside guys especially in Shaq and JPP weren't getting much push. It also looked like they played nearly every snap again because we have zero pass rush depth. They were likely cooked.
