Coming out of this offseason with the backfield group of Lewis, Barber, John Kelly.. Boring. I hope we do better.
Extending Mike evans to the tune of 17mil a year.

I know Mike is going to cost that much.. and thats why im going to take the unpopular opinion and say let Evans walk. I like WRs, I love to have good ones, but I dont like the idea of making a WR one of the highest paid players in the game.. let them walk if it comes to that. Ive witnessed the best WRs of our generation not really matter in the end. Calvin Johnson on losing team his whole career. went 0-16 in one of his best seasons. Texans were one of the worst teams year after year while arguably having the best in the game in his prime, Andre Johnson. Mike Evans and the Bucs.. Odell Beckham - amazing player but who cares Giants dont win games with him. Theres just tons of empirical evidence from NFLs history to show the biggest name WR dont matter in the win/loss column. Rodgers and Brady and Brees arent complaining that they dont have their own Julio Jones. Im fine if we lose Evans..
