Since the Bucs are gonna talk to ANYONE who can spell 'Offensive Coordinator'

.... it's gonna be a while before they actually make their hire. So...  This occured to me - What if the NFL were to change a rule to be "any exchange of the football when the football is first touched by a receiver behind the LOS is considered a HANDOFF? If it is dropped, it is a fumble. And when completed, any yardage gained or lost would go in the RUSHING stats instead of passing. That would seriously deflate some of the NFL's QBs passing stats...
