SN Ranks Bucs Winston Below The Average For NFL QBs #17!

Jamesis Winston came in at #17 according to SN. According to them after 3 seasons Winston should be further along in his development. I think that's an understatement. The problem isn't his football skill or his knowledge of the game. The problem is his immaturity. In order to be a great, NFL QB you have to live and breathe the game and be committed to getting better everyday. Clearly, Winston doesn't have that willingness to become great and his off the field troubles show that. I really don't see him changing. Your thoughts?
