That sucks considering we have the same record as teams 3-6I wonder if the new coach will think glennon is our QB or consider a qb here? Otherwise I wouldn't mind an o-lineman DE or WR at #6
7th.
I think it is #7
Fixed lol
More I look at tape, the more I want Mack
If Brett Hundley declares, keep an eye out for him. If he's there at 7 I could see the new coach pulling the trigger.
It will be a QB.
It will be a QB.
Depends on who is or isn't there, imo. Had we lost another game and wound up picking third, I'd agree with you, but it's all too possible that there'll be noone even vaguely-sorta-kinda reasonable to draft there. Also annoying - that we're drafting behind the Falcons. Here's hoping Clowney winds up as a giant bust rather than the next Peppers.
It will be interesting to see if Bridgewater, Bortles, Manziel, Carr all go in the Top 6...

Considering Houston, Jacksonville, Cleveland, and Oakland are in the QB needy department I wouldn't be surprised. And STL has a history of trading down so they may auction that pick off to the highest bidder trying to snag a QB.
If it's anyone but Manziel or Bridgewater, we'll be looking for another QB soon enough. Other than fall on his face when it mattered what did Hundley accomplish?

Yeah, that's pretty much what I meant. With those guys gone, it'd be kind of hard to get excited about a first round qb. And even then, it'd depend on how you feel about some of those guys. If the teams wants to draft a QB this draft, it may have to be McCarron in the second. Note that that is not an endorsement of the idea.
You can't just draft a position because it's a need if the value isn't there. That is how you end up with wasted bust picks.
Worst draft pick slot for a 4-12 team since the NFL went to a 16 game schedule. Lucky us.
