That argument is so stale though. Not every championship coach posted winning records in their first couple years of being a head coach at this level. In fact, there are many coaches who started off on a rocky path.

There is no way he is a shitty coach. He's a Head Coach in the NFL. His style and stubbornness are what is in question by many.
