Hall had a pretty good year, seems to be improving. Braswell was a second round rookie. I'd wait to rush to a conclusion on him. Looked pretty good against the Commanders.
Hopefully there is someone in the organization who can adequately replace him. It's not like he does all the work himself. There's a whole scouting department.

Hall was meh. I’ll grant you, the meh is better than the enormous bucket of suck he’s been for the two years prior to that. But 8.5 sacks in three years from the #33 overall selection is pretty bad return on investment.
Braswell doesn’t even look like an NFL player so far.
Spytek was solid but I wouldn't say he was the lynchpin of the drafts. Licht's strength was always the OL really and WRs.
As long as Greenberg stays. He's the reason we have been above average with later round picks.
Honestly I think that the Bucs can improve because the talent drafted on defensive front seven lately does not mesh with the heavy zone use that Bowles is using now. Spyteck was scouting defensive players like it was 2019 still when the defense has changed a lot since then.
