Love Coach Dungy, but why are we wanting him in the front office? I get that he has an eye for talent and is very well respected in league circles. That said, the front office folks must run the business side as much as the football side of the operation. What details do we have on Dungy's ability to manage any of that? Are we so desperate to revel in past glory that we should just bring back everyone from the Dungy days?Ive seen Nickerson, Brooks, Gooch, Dungy, Marinelli, Kiffen, and McKay mentioned for some type of position within the Bucs organization.Lovie is his own man. Let him build it and set us on a path of winning tradition with new blood to add to those names mentioned above as Buc greats.
Why would he want to do that? The guy is approaching the big 60, and makes big money talking football in the safe confines of the TV studio.
