I agree with the OP. Media wrote about how the Bucs would be a quick fix because Dominick did such a great job. That is such a load. The Bucs roster is filled with holes. After his five years there are still tons of areas that need to be rebuilt. The Glazers set the Bucs back by not firing Dumnick after 2011.
