I don't know if B/R's SoS was done before 2019 or after 2019, but Sporting News has the Bucs' SoS at .508 before the 2019 season, which ranked 12th more difficult.

Tampa Bay had the 14th most difficult SoS after the season as per Football Outsiders with a Pythagorean Win projection of 8.2.

With so many unknown variables going into this season, who knows what to really expect out of the whole NFL. Will our defense be improved? Will the Bucs' scoring go up? Will K Succop have the leg that Matt Gay had last year, making 11/14 between 40-49 and 5/8 on 50+ FG attempts? Can the defense keep up the torrid scoring pace?

Because we didn't improve our iOL, the Bucs will still be a one-dimensional team. Tampa does have a far better QB with respect to turnovers, but can the team withstand a shootout if the secondary remains porous?

Lots of questions and lots of intrigue! Can't wait for the season to start!
