Seems to me that Sullivan is being pegged as the problem in order to buy this regime another year. -If they can get it. Thoughts?
Currently being discussed in several other threads if you can find them. Like chunks of shrimp in a can of Spam.
Yup. He's going to sell people out to get more time. It's in schiano's dna to be that way. Sully, glennon, etc will all get what his politics are about very soon. The glazers better had not keep this guy. They just earned back some respectability by spending, only to do something like keeping this assclown around another year, when fans don't want or believe in him? They're dumber than we think if they do.
32nd offense in the league... although there maybe a couple of contributing factors... I'm not feeling it.He's (at least publicly) the obvious choice.
Oh, look, Captain Obsession will slam Schiano in as many threads as you can create. Lol. I'm surprised he doesn't post about him in the spam threads.

Is thread participation a sin? If so, you should do some repenting yourself.

I'm not enthused about Sullivan just as I'm not enthused about the HC. It's not like we have been consistently competitive with either. My concern is not that Sullivan will be greatly missed, but the idea that releasing Sullivan will remedy the team's issues. How do you reconcile Schiano not allowing the use of more hurry up offense last week? (There is no intelligent defense) After getting 11 yards on 11 drives versus two drives each over 60 yards for two tds in hurry up, we should see the unflattering reality of our hc. He's a problem. How about Sapp coming along and now Gerald had a sack in every game since? Or how we ran man coverage all year last year getting destroyed, only to change it for week 17 (to save his job).We are 4-10, it's been a really disappointing season. We have had a lot off puzzling on field issues with this staff. Removing only Sullivan, who is subject to Schiano's archaic restrictions, meets the definition of "fall guy". It's not right and it will not fix the real problem.

You are completely wrong :) I'm not of the type that thinks that misrepresenting ones character, witch hunting, and just being a prick is a way to live my life or **enjoy my sports. It's all on a nice level bra, you should try it. Just lighten up and have fun ;)

Only because we all know Schiano runs a tight ship with a heavy hand. No way Sullivan was doing his own thing. You know Schiano was in his ear. Sullivan calls for no huddle because it works. Schiano says, don't do that too much, it's not our style! True? And H3LL yes, he'll blame Sullivan!
Really need to watch the all-22 but have been too busy the past few weeks.Based on what Steve White has put out, I believe Sullivan is not so much to blame. We have plenty of short crossing routes, and they certainly have stopped with the WR reads....these routes are pre determined. Glennon is just playing scared.....a trait that all of Schiano's QBs he has ever had possessed.
Schiano thought enough of Sullivan to have him back last year, should be interesting what happens this year. Where the rubber really meets the road.. Let's say Sullivan takes the fall, what quality candidate is going to come into this unstable situation? -And will that new "quality" coordinator be dazzling enough to have looser restrictions from Schiano, or be forced to use a less effective offense than one that can be run, because the hc mysteriously still won't go with the hot hand? That is what Sullivan was subject to. Ask yourself, if Sullivan goes and Schiano stays, have we addressed the most obvious problems?
