Some initial thoughts:
I can see the Bucs choosing to cut Griffin and go with a cheaper third stringer to develop.
It would not surprise me if the Bucs choose to even keep 6 RB's.
Offensive line is probably the #1 glaring weakness when I laid this out and looked over the rest of the roster. In terms of depth as well as starting spots like RG the offense line will probably need another free agent or undrafted free agent to come in and plug up this area.
Auclair needs to bring his A game if he wants to make the team. Bucs could possibly have another TE make the team over Auclair to sit behind Howard and Brate.
IF McCoy stay the interior DL depth is okay for now given the Bucs like Beckner, Roach and Tuikolovatu. May the best man win that last 1 or two spot on the interior DL.
At Rush LB I do not see a way forward for Spence to stick with the addition of Nelson. Bucs could possibly keep 5 or 6 but if they do so it will be for special teams (eg Devante Bond).
Bucs are going to keep a lot of safties and CB's. Who goes and who stays will be very, very, very interesting. Might be some surprise cuts or trades with DB's. Or, Bucs choose to keep all the DB's they have drafted the last few years. Time will tell.
I have Gay beating out Santos. Purely because for a kicker that has power and accuracy the extra distance on PATS shouldn't be an issue with Gay. However, if Santos shows he leg strength coming back because he isn't doing kickoffs it might be a closer competition than most think.
