Based on a quarter of a season here are the leaky holes that need to be fixed next off season for this ship to sail properly:Mike LB: To say the Bucs need a MIKE LB that can play in space is an understatement. The way Frazier and Lovie are calling defenses the MIKE has to be able to defend the pipe (between the hashmarks) but also clamp down on crossing routes coming into the MIKE's zone.Nickel CB: An entire position coach dedicated to this spot and not much of an investment here. Definitely need to bring in some raw talent that can play in the hip pocket of slot guys.Cover safety: Tandy and Wright can fill in, but right now a ball hawk that can sit in zones and then close for INT's is a must. QB, OL, RB and DE will be determined as the season progresses but right now the pressing needs are on defense. What stands out to me the most is how the Bucs didn't do much to address these areas given it is a pass driven league and the "tampa 2" scheme is predicated on stopping the pass. Go figure.
