Team President

Morris, Schiano, Lovie, Koetter, Licht and Dominick.....I think it’s beyond clear the real problem is higher than Coach and GM. The Glazers may be great businessmen, but they have made too many hiring mistakes. It’s time a true football mind is brought in as a Team President to make the football decisions. But who?

Dungy? Maybe, but wasn’t his downfall his hiring (and refusal to fire) practices?

Parcells? Been away too long.

Gruden? Nah, he wants to coach and probably would demand full control.
